- The booking includes overnight stay only.
Hotel-type services such as breakfast, cleaning of the accommodation, and linen change during the stay are not included.
- Tourist tax NOT INCLUDED to be paid in cash upon arrival (€3.5 per night/person, > 14 years, for max 4 nights). Read the information
- If the bank transfer is made, it cannot be returned if the cancellation terms have already expired as per our cancellation policy.
- In case of refund of the deposit, 30 euros will be deducted for booking management costs.
- The Non-Refundable Rate: in case of cancellation, at any time after booking,
the stay must be paid in full as booked. You will not be entitled to any refund.
- Tacit consent: the above conditions are considered tacitly approved at the time of booking and with the sending of the email

- The structure you have chosen is a Tourist Rental. No additional services are offered, such as breakfast, daily linen change and cleaning during the stay. In the structure you will find towels and bed linen upon your arrival.
